Responsibilities

• Advise on real estate finance transactions across loans, acquisitions, and refinancings
• Support development finance, estate and asset management matters
• Collaborate with the wider Real Estate Finance team and cross-functional groups
• Engage in business development and referral opportunities
• Maintain and develop specialist knowledge in real estate finance
• Manage client relationships and contribute to client service excellence

Key requirements

• 2-4 years PQE
• Exposure to real estate finance (directly or via commercial property)
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail
