Responsibilities

• Deliver client assignments that meet or exceed expectations and create value
• Lead and support finance transformation initiatives, including operating model design, process improvement, and technology implementation with AI-enabled workflows
• Collaborate with clients to optimise finance processes using RPA, AI-enabled workflows, digital technologies, and data-driven reporting
• Manage project governance, risks, and stakeholder communications, ensuring oversight for AI-assisted tools
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders and contribute to business development

Key requirements

• Proven experience delivering finance transformation projects within financial services
• Strong understanding of finance operating models, accounting principles, and regulatory impacts
• Experience with process automation technologies and optimisation methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to leverage approved AI tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with interest in responsible AI adoption
