BA Wealth Management Wrap –

Overview

In this role you will apply strong operational knowledge to design, develop and deliver global wealth management software solutions for WRAP and SIPP products. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, identify solutions, and support end-to-end implementation across a multi-product, multi-channel platform. You’ll contribute to test planning and documentation while maintaining disciplined governance and risk awareness. This position offers autonomy to create new solutions with visibility at executive levels in a niche, fast-paced area of wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough requirements analysis to understand problems and opportunities
• Document potential solutions considering constraints
• Lead end-to-end solution recommendations for retirement and WRAP lifecycle
• Analyse and optimise business processes
• Design and implement control framework for target operating model
• Contribute to test strategy and data/script creation
• Engage with project stakeholders continuously
• Produce professional project/communication documents
• Adhere to methodologies for fast-paced change
• Collaborate with B2B partners on multi-product WRAP platform solutions

Key requirements

• 3+ years in financial business analysis within Pensions, Life Insurance, WRAPs or Wealth Management
• Proven problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience in a structured, project-based environment with leadership exposure
• Structured analysis methodology
• Lean Six Sigma or equivalent for process optimisation
• Package implementation experience
• Self-motivated with high professional standards
• Ability to manage multiple parallel activities
• Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Experience on large programmes of business change
• Awareness of risk management
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Exposure to various BA techniques and processes
