Overview

As a Child Care Lawyer at Isle of Wight Council, you will represent the Council in child care proceedings and related matters, delivering expert advice and advocacy to safeguard children’s best interests. Responsibilities

• Represent the Council in child care proceedings and related legal matters
• Provide expert legal advice to council teams
• Manage a full caseload (8–10 cases) focused on care proceedings
• Apply knowledge of relevant policies, regulations and legislation
