Senior Site Manager – London – Residential

Overview

Senior Site Manager needed to lead a flagship RC frame residential project in Central London for a respected UK residential developer. You will oversee on-site delivery from inception to completion, directing a team of Assistant/Site Managers and reporting to a Project Manager/Director. The role focuses on delivering luxury apartments across multiple bed configurations, ensuring high-spec quality and timely completion. This is a strategic on-site leadership position with a strong emphasis on safe, efficient site management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Pay / Benefits

• Up to £65,000 salary plus package

Responsibilities

• Oversee RC frame development from inception through completion
• Lead and coordinate on-site team including Assistant/Site Managers
• Manage project delivery to high-spec standards within schedule and budget
• Collaborate with Project Manager/Director and stakeholders to align on goals
• Ensure site safety and compliance and maintain quality control processes

Key requirements

• Experience with residential developers on RC Frame schemes
• Delivery experience from inception through completion on luxury apartments
• SMSTS and First Aid qualifications (preferred)
• CSCS Black Card (desirable)
• CIOB membership (desirable)
