Overview

In this role you will lead a £2.5m new build steel frame industrial project in North West London, reporting to the senior team within a growing Hertfordshire contractor. You will drive site delivery, safety, and quality while coordinating with subcontractors and clients to meet milestones. This is a hands-on leadership position that shapes the project from start to finish and demonstrates the contractor’s capability in industrial/warehouse schemes.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site delivery from start to finish
• Manage safety, quality, and compliance on site
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor progress and milestones to ensure on-time completion
• Liaise with client and internal stakeholders
• implement site logistics and programming

Key requirements

• Experience as No.1 Site Manager for a reputable Main Contractor
• Track record on new build industrial/warehouse projects
• Steel frame experience
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
• Able to commute to North West London
