Overview
As a Programme Advisory Associate, you will support world-class clients by applying structured controls and performance methodologies to complex projects. You’ll work within the Programme Advisory team to shape PMO setups, deliver findings, and drive tangible outcomes. You’ll collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and client sites, applying tailored tools and processes to enable informed decisions. Responsibilities
- Assess client environments and challenges to tailor our structured approach for fit-for-purpose solutions
- Lead the analysis, documentation, and reporting of findings and recommendations across engagement stages
- Deliver workshops in virtual and in-person settings with client representatives
- Collaborate in cross-disciplinary teams at client sites and remotely
- Apply established methodologies and tailor tools to client context
- Contribute to personal development and internal initiatives to enable growth
- Lead business generation activities such as bids and proposals with senior management support
- Support marketing and employee advocacy initiatives as appropriate
- Provide line management and development for direct reports as applicable
Key requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in Project Controls
- Experience on major capital projects/programmes in PMO/controls & performance environments
- Experience in infrastructure sector (defence, nuclear, rail, airport, highways, utilities) or similar
- Familiarity with capability/maturity assessments and integrated controls & performance processes
- Ability to produce write/present reports and engage with C-suite/executive client teams
- Proficiency with Office 365, Visio, Miro, Slack, Teams; knowledge of Oracle Primavera, PRISM, Power BI or similar
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership and adaptability under pressure
