Banking Solicitor

Overview

In this role you will join a growing Banking and Finance team to advise lenders, corporates and sponsors on a wide range of financing transactions. You will lead transactions with appropriate supervision and manage matters from instruction to completion, while delivering commercially focused funding solutions. You will mentor junior lawyers, collaborate across the firm, and contribute to business development and referrals. Responsibilities

• Lead on financing transactions from instruction to completion
• Supervise junior lawyers and provide mentorship
• Manage client relationships and deliver funding solutions
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm
• Contribute to business development and referral opportunities

Key requirements

• Minimum of 5 years PQE in Banking and Finance
• Experience in corporate lending, leveraged finance and/or real estate finance
• Ability to manage transactions and client relationships autonomously
• Excellent technical and drafting skills
• Strong commercial awareness
