Project Finance Manager

Overview

In this role you will support a growing project portfolio by managing lender relationships and shaping financing strategies. You’ll oversee financial modelling across project financings and coordinate funding for new ventures. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver financing from inception to execution and help optimise capital structure. The opportunity places you at the heart of large, capital‑intensive energy and infrastructure projects in a globally connected, collaborative environment. Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with lenders and external financing partners
• Oversee multi‑project financial modelling and ensure model quality and consistency
• Coordinate structuring and raising of finance for new projects
• Prepare detailed financial materials and engage lenders and investors
• Support negotiation and review of financing documentation
• Analyse market conditions and funding options to optimise financing strategies
• Contribute to refinancings and due diligence; coordinate stakeholders across functions
• Support transaction execution from inception to close

Key requirements

• Degree in finance, economics, mathematics or engineering
• At least five years of relevant project finance experience
• Advanced Excel-based financial modelling skills
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of financial principles
• Experience with complex infrastructure or energy projects
• Knowledge of project finance structuring; renewable energy economics; UK tax/accounting practices (advantageous)
• Proactive self‑starter with stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
