In this three-year rotational program, you join a collaborative finance team to gain hands-on experience across key control and business roles. You’ll develop expertise while contributing to critical financial decisions and regulatory processes that shape the firm’s performance. You’ll work with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to drive improvements and support strategic initiatives. Responsibilities

• Product Control rotations to support P&L and Balance Sheet integrity and collaboration with trading desks and risk functions
• Legal Entity Control oversight for financials, regulatory reporting, and control environment
• Financial Control management of general ledger and transaction cycle controls and reporting
• Planning and Analysis to deliver meaningful financial analysis and forecasting across the firm
• Regulatory Reporting & Capital Policy involvement in regulator submissions and policy interpretation
• Program Management for large-scale regulatory and policy implementation initiatives
• Business Management as trusted advisor to business heads to identify, escalate, and mitigate risks and improve performance

Key requirements

• Academic background with interest in financial management
• Expected graduation year 2027
• Basic understanding of financial statements, accounting procedures, reporting, and variance analysis
• Excel, PowerPoint and Word proficiency
