Responsibilities
- oversee a mega mixed-use scheme to ensure on-time delivery within budget
- manage subcontractor performance and coordination
- maintain strict health and safety standards on site
- monitor progress, budgets, and quality to meet project milestones
- report project status to stakeholders and align with client requirements
Key requirements
- degree qualified or equivalent construction degree
- experience on major schemes (commercial offices, residential, or mixed-use)
- strong construction management background
