As a Data Analyst in TikTok e‑commerce, you’ll transform logistics data into actionable insights that optimize UK & EU operations. You will monitor performance, support strategy with data‑driven recommendations, and collaborate with product and ETL teams to build data products. Your work will help scale logistics efficiency and inform management decisions in a fast‑growing environment. This role offers an impactful, cross‑functional scope within a mission‑driven e‑commerce platform.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operation data to track performance and provide ongoing reports for weekly and bi‑monthly reviews
• Collaborate with logistics to design strategies (fulfillment network, warehouse efficiency, capacity management)
• Perform follow‑up analyses across overseas markets and offer optimization suggestions
• Define data product requirements with Products and ETL teams and contribute to feature roll‑out to support business
