Sr. Product Manager

Overview

In this role you drive the strategy and execution for the Due Diligence product portfolio within a global legal tech business. You will shape product vision, align with customer needs and business objectives, and manage a large customer base to sustain value and growth. You’ll coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver improvements and lead modernization, including migrating customers to the Nexus Plus platform. You’ll influence revenues and mentor junior PMs, contributing to a scalable, AI-enabled product ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Due Diligence product portfolio to sustain commercial success and customer satisfaction
• Develop and execute product strategy and vision aligned with customer needs and business objectives
• Manage a large established customer base to ensure ongoing value
• Prioritize initiatives with internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes
• Oversee product revenue performance and contribute to commercial decisions
• Lead customer transition from legacy platforms to the Nexus Plus platform ensuring a seamless experience
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer workflows in an AI-powered environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product improvements and innovations
• Balance customer requirements, commercial goals, and strategic priorities in a mature, competitive market

Key requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager managing complex software, data, risk, compliance, or B2B products
• Ability to define product strategy and build long-term roadmaps
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and technical functions
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to influence revenue and outcomes
• Experience modernizing products and driving customer migration initiatives
