Overview

As Social Media Manager for INDIVISA, you will drive the UK women’s football narrative across social platforms, shaping on-brand content that engages female fans. You will work closely with production, design, and post-production to deliver compelling, platform-native posts and scripts. Your daily publishing, trend tracking, and data insights will grow audience reach and deepen fan connection. This role offers a chance to help build two complementary brands within a fast-growing, culture-first media business.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the INDIVISA social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) with a regular cadence of short-form and long-form content
  • Daily publishing, community management, audience engagement, editing images, creating graphics and writing social copy
  • Provide the production team with questions, insights and assets to support shoots
  • Plan and script long-form and short-form video content, ensuring detailed briefs for the post-production team
  • Support content ideation and ensure editorial output is on-brand, innovative, and platform-native
  • Influence captions, thumbnails and content flow to optimise storytelling and maximise reach for a UK audience
  • Monitor performance, analyse data, and derive actionable insights to refine publishing plans
  • Share social trends and emerging formats to advance INDIVISA’s engagement with core women’s football fans
  • Coordinate with commercial partners on post instructions and learn how to integrate brands within INDIVISA’s audience-first content
  • Be available to work around big football moments and shoots, including evenings and weekends

Key requirements

  • Passion for football with deep knowledge of women’s football in the UK
  • Excellent written English with ability to produce compelling copy under pressure while maintaining INDIVISA’s tone
  • Minimum three years’ experience planning and publishing audience-driven content on social media
  • Proven track record of growing audiences and engagement across major platforms
  • Experience writing video scripts and content plans, plus providing constructive feedback within a team (advantageous)
  • Good editorial judgement and creativity to react to breaking news and viral opportunities
  • Willingness to become proficient in using social analytics tools
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
