Overview

You will lead product initiatives at Thoughtworks, partnering with client leadership to translate vision into scalable products. You drive lean, hypothesis-driven development and craft market strategies and business cases to unlock growth. You’ll align cross-functional teams, shape CXPD value propositions, and contribute to pre-sales and practice improvement. This role blends strategy, design, and technology to deliver customer-centric outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with client leadership to understand context, advise, and contribute hands-on on taking new products from concept to market and scale
  • Drive innovation mindset and product development lifecycle using lean and hypothesis-driven approaches
  • Establish market landscape, go-to-market strategy, and business case/economic model for opportunities
  • Lead stakeholders toward customer-centric problems and empower product teams for strategic growth
  • Shape and lead teams to deliver client engagements that are effective for clients and operationally sound for Thoughtworks
  • Help shape CXPD service line value propositions, create case studies and repeatable practices to scale
  • Engage in pre-sales, drafting proposals and pitches to educate clients and colleagues on value of services
  • Contribute to growth and scale through recruiting, community building, mentorship, and continuous improvement

Key requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading ideas from concept to launch and scale
  • Proven experience in go-to-market strategy and developing new revenue streams
  • Experience in monetisation modelling and economic modelling
  • Experience implementing innovation at scale and sustaining investment across strategic horizons
  • Strong research capabilities with market trends, customer and competitive insights
  • Expertise in value proposition development using lean approaches to validate product-market fit
  • Hypothesis-driven problem-solving with structured quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Ability to translate strategy into a roadmap with measurable business and customer value
  • Advising clients on building value-driven, customer-centric product organizations and best practices in product management
  • End-to-end product development lifecycle expertise; agile and lean software development practices
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with C-suite executives
  • Active listening, persuasion, empathy, and clear written/verbal communication
  • Ability to articulate insights on complex business problems persuasively
