Overview
In this role you will support the Chief Administration Office to safeguard client outcomes, streamline front-office interactions, and drive process improvements across Wealth Management. You’ll manage operational risk events, produce leadership-ready MI, and help embed changes that increase efficiency and capacity for client-facing teams. The position offers hybrid work with some remote flexibility and opportunities to develop within a high-performing, collaborative CAO team.

Responsibilities
- Manage and log operational risk events below and above threshold with quality assurance
- Produce regular management information on operational events and identify root causes and control gaps
- Collaborate to improve upstream processes, controls, and operating models
- Support client callbacks, W-8BEN processing, client reallocations, and Bereavement Service activities
- Coordinate updates on team calls/chats and regional communications regarding client reallocations and regulatory findings
- Work with CAO and Business Engagement teams to embed changes within the branch network
- Maintain oversight of total operating events with Operational Risk
- Track and report project implementations and central initiatives to increase transparency
Key requirements
- Experience in a similar role within Wealth Management or risk/operational support
- Good understanding of risk within Wealth Management
- High standard of written and spoken English
- Ability to build effective working relationships
