Property Management Consultant

Overview

In this role within Savills’ Development & Set Up Consultancy, you support high-profile real estate developments from design through to operational readiness. You will contribute to Design for Management reviews and shape how buildings will run in practice. You prepare service charge strategies, mobilisation budgets and operational plans for complex, mixed-use assets, while collaborating with clients, developers and internal teams. You build strong client relationships and develop your technical, commercial and consultancy skills in a fast-paced, project-led environment.
