Lead Technical Solution Architect

Overview

In this role, you will own the Data Solution end-to-end and contribute hands-on coding to the implementation, while guiding a team of Data Engineers. You will apply NLP, ML, and cloud-ready architecture to deliver scalable data solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally to align technical strategy with business goals and drive impactful outcomes. You will shape the data platform and mentor engineers, balancing strategic leadership with practical development. This is a hands-on leadership role at scale, combining architecture, execution, and people leadership to advance the data agenda.

Responsibilities

• Own the Data Solution architecture and implementation
• Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers
• Hands-on coding on the solution
• Apply NLP and ML techniques to data solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategy with business goals
• Guide cloud-based data platform initiatives

Key requirements

• NLP (Natural Language Processing) experience and ability to implement NLP solutions
• Recent hands-on development experience
• Strong architectural experience
• Experience managing/leading teams
• ML knowledge
• Expertise in Python and SQL
• Experience with cloud technologies (advantageous)
