Overview

In this role you drive brand visibility and product awareness through hands-on marketing, communications, and events in an international financial services context. You work across brand, digital, content, and events to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to plan and deliver conferences, campaigns, and digital updates. This is a practical, impact-focused position that combines strategy with execution and requires strong organisation and creativity. You will help shape the company’s events program and digital presence while maintaining regulatory-aligned communications.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of marketing plans to boost brand visibility and product awareness
  • Prepare and update marketing materials and presentations
  • Ensure branding and messaging consistency across channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and business development
  • Coordinate with external suppliers (designers, PR agencies)
  • Plan and execute conferences and industry events
  • Manage event logistics, registrations, materials, and supplier coordination
  • Organise travel itineraries for attending teams
  • Support pre-event communications and LinkedIn announcements
  • Maintain a global events calendar and track deadlines
  • Assist with post-event reporting and follow-up
  • Maintain and update website content; upload news and product updates
  • Collaborate with developers on website improvements
  • Support basic SEO and analytics tracking
  • Align content with brand and regulatory standards
  • Support creation of press releases, newsletters, and company updates
  • Assist with articles and case studies and maintain LinkedIn presence
  • Support development of marketing and sales materials
  • Coordinate internal and external marketing communications
  • Prepare external-facing presentations and materials
  • Ensure communications remain professional and on-brand

Key requirements

  • 3–6 years’ experience in marketing, events, or communications
  • Experience supporting or coordinating events and conferences
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and marketing tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
