Responsibilities

• Manage investment, development and asset management real estate transactions
• Deal with high-value, multi-million-pound projects for investors across the UK
• Represent clients in traditional real estate matters and emerging asset classes (student accommodation, hospitality, leisure, PRS)
• Collaborate with a highly regarded team to deliver high-quality legal advice

Key requirements

• 2-5 years PQE in real estate
• Trained in a respected real estate department
• Strong technical expertise in commercial property
