Overview

In this senior leadership role within Electrolux’s Electrical Retail channel, you own the strategy, P&L, and growth of the Buying Groups segment. You will lead a 10-person sales team, align with cross-functional partners, and drive profitability and market share in ER Channel. Develop and execute a three-year rolling plan, guiding partnerships with key accounts such as CIH, Sirius, Marks, Bunny & Hughes. The role shapes channel strategy, optimizes costs, and strengthens brand presence across the UK & IE with hybrid working from Luton.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance targets within the ER Channel while supporting growth across Pureplay, Chains, and IE channels
  • Create a 3-year rolling strategic plan integrating channel objectives with CA growth targets and market share ambitions
  • Maintain and develop long-term customer relationships and manage key accounts including negotiating partnerships
  • Act as escalation point for senior management with key trade partners
  • Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships and monitor customer and competitor activity to inform channel strategy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales, profitability and brand awareness
  • Take responsibility for P&L and budgeting; oversee cost-to-serve model, allocations, and monthly cost-to-serve reductions
  • Measure ROI on all marketing and promotional spend
  • Promote clear brand strategy and implement long-term growth plans aligned with channel and group objectives
  • Plan and implement an AEG growth plan within the ER market in collaboration with marketing and product lines
