Responsibilities

• Lead litigation cases across banking disputes, professional negligence, fraud, and regulatory matters
• Supervise and mentor junior team members
• Engage in business development and strengthen client relationships

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered)
• ideally 4-8 PQE ( Applications outside this range considered)
• Strong experience in financial litigation, secured lending, property litigation, or commercial litigation
• Knowledge of CPR and litigation process
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Commercially aware with business development exposure
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills
