Principal Civil Engineer – Water

Overview

In this role you will lead civil design on water projects, driving solutions from concept to delivery. You’ll work with multi-disciplinary teams to develop innovative approaches and mentor junior engineers. You’ll ensure deliverables meet schedule and budget targets while engaging clients to enhance water systems in local communities. Responsibilities

• Lead civil design on water projects from inception to completion
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions
• Mentor and support graduates and junior engineers
• Ensure deliverables meet timescales and budgets

Key requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Water industry experience with significant civil engineering exposure
• Membership in a relevant engineering institution, aiming for or achieving chartership
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong team collaboration and leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving and innovative thinking
• Strong communication with clients and team members
