In this leadership role you will drive the operational and financial performance of the Buildings Business Centre across multiple regions, enabling sustainable growth and high-quality project delivery. Responsibilities

  • Lead operational and financial performance to drive revenue, profitability and sustainable growth
  • Develop and deliver annual business plans, budgets and performance improvements
  • Utilize business intelligence to identify opportunities, mitigate risk and optimise performance
  • Oversee resource planning to maintain utilisation and future capacity
  • Build high-performing teams through recruitment, coaching and succession planning
  • Foster inclusive, engaged culture enabling peak performance
  • Provide senior oversight of project delivery ensuring technical excellence and commercial performance
  • Collaborate with commercial and discipline leaders to resolve complex delivery challenges
  • Champion health, safety and wellbeing across the business
  • Support strategic client relationships, major pursuits and business development
  • Encourage cross-regional collaboration to maximise opportunities for clients and people
  • Contribute to shaping the future direction of the Buildings business as a member of the senior leadership team

Key requirements

  • Experience leading large, multidisciplinary professional services teams
  • Significant leadership within engineering, design, consultancy, construction or built environment
  • Strong commercial and financial management including budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience leading complex operations across multiple teams or locations
  • Collaborative leadership style with ability to influence senior stakeholders
