In this role you will lead the Derbyshire Building Surveying team within a respected multi-disciplinary practice. You will ensure high technical standards and uphold up-to-date building regulations while supervising contract administration. You will apply your professional status (MRCIS or MCIOB) to oversee major surveying work across sectors. Responsibilities

Key requirements

• MRCIS or MCIOB status
• Experience at principal level in a similar consultancy or large contractor
