Overview
In this role you will shape and execute Argus’s global reward programs to attract, retain, and develop talent. You will translate global policies into local programs and partner with the CHRO and HR team to align rewards with the People strategy and employee value proposition. You’ll manage compensation and benefits across regions, benchmark against external data, and optimize costs and processes. This is a strategic, hands-on position that influences budgeting, governance, and vendor relationships. You will work cross-functionally to drive meaningful rewards improvements that support growth.
Responsibilities
- Implement and translate global reward strategy into local programs
- Manage global compensation and benefits programs, including salary, bonus, job leveling, mobility, and local benefits
- Ensure compensation plans align with the annual operating plan
- Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking and provide tailored data and costs
- Develop salary bands for key locations (London, Singapore, Houston)
- Oversee annual and mid-year salary and bonus processes
- Collaborate with brokers and tax to review UK benefits/pensions and test enrolment systems
- Present benefit enhancements and cost proposals to CFO/CEO as needed
- Design and implement benefit packages for new office locations in partnership with HRBPs and leaders
- Develop communication strategies to raise awareness of reward programs
- Advise HRBPs on reward and mobility issues
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate with global/local vendors
- Ensure compliance with Argus policies, audits, and external regulations (e.g., Gender Pay Gap, EU Transparency Directive)
- Monitor external market trends and optimize compensation and benefits accordingly
Key requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or a relevant subject (preferred)
- Experience in international/global compensation & benefits in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on, self-starter with strong project management and independent work capability
- Strong business and financial acumen with problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Collaborative, motivating, deadline-driven team player
- Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of the business
- Ability to develop and execute global reward strategies while managing details
- Highly numerate with advanced Excel and Workday experience
