Overview
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will lead commercial delivery on new build residential projects in London. You join a fast-growing, award-winning residential developer and will help manage value, risk and cost control across the full project lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality finishes while maintaining commercial performance. This role offers exposure to RC frames, metsec facades, brickwork and concrete frames, with site visits as required. You’ll contribute to a growing development pipeline and play a key part in shaping contemporary urban living.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the commercial delivery of new build residential developments from start to finish
- Manage costs, budgets and contracts, ensuring value and compliance
- Coordinate with site teams on progress, procurement, and valuation processes
- Monitor risk and change control, reporting to senior stakeholders
- Engage with stakeholders to support timely project delivery across sites within the M25
Key requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in residential development or main contracting
- Experience with RC frames, metsec facades, brickwork and concrete frames
- London-based project experience is highly advantageous
- Full UK drivers’ license
- Degree qualification preferred or alternative construction qualification
