Overview
As No.1 Site Manager, you will lead refurbishment and restoration works on residential and commercial properties, including listed buildings, for a respected main contractor. You’ll oversee projects across London from the Hertfordshire base, driving quality and delivery. The role combines traditional craftsmanship with innovative techniques to meet high standards and schedules. You’ll work closely with a reactive team on prestigious projects, delivering safe, on-time outcomes. Responsibilities
- lead on-site management of refurbishment/restoration projects
- coordinate subcontractors and trades to meet schedule and quality targets
- ensure safety, compliance and reporting on site
- maintain site documentation and liaise with clients and stakeholders
- drive project delivery across residential and commercial properties, including listed buildings
Key requirements
- background working for a reputable Main Contractor as No.1 Site Manager
- track record on refurbishment projects (residential and commercial)
- restoration project experience is ideal
- good longevity with previous employers
