Documentation Control Coordinator

Overview

In this role you will manage the collection, creation, maintenance, and control of customer design data and related documents. You will ensure data integrity, support engineering change notices, and coordinate cross-functional loading of Bills of Materials. You’ll identify and resolve discrepancies between customer and internal documentation, while prioritising workload and driving accurate data flow. This position sits at the intersection of quality, engineering support, and customer-facing data processes, enabling reliable product documentation across programs. You will work in a collaborative, detail-focused environment that values ownership and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis of customer documentation
• Log distribution of customer data
• Lead loading, formatting, verification, and distribution of Bills of Material
• Support internal Engineering Change Notices
• Ensure completeness of customer documentation
• Support component and process problem notification processes
• Lead resolution of discrepancies between customer and internal documentation
• Lead conflict identification and resolution of non-technical issues
• Demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and ownership in the role

Key requirements
