In this role within Deloitte’s Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory, you will help clients strengthen Enterprise Risk Management capabilities across industries, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape risk frameworks and governance. You’ll lead client engagements, contribute to thought leadership, and collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated risk advisory. Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client engagement management and delivery, including contracts, budgets, and stakeholder relationships
• Provide Enterprise Risk Management advice and hands-on support to clients (ERM maturity, framework development, risk deep-dives)
• Assist clients in establishing risk appetites and addressing emerging risks
• Understand complex processes to identify and assess relevant risks
• Deliver high-quality, timely work
• Develop knowledge of Governance, Regulation, Compliance and Controls to offer holistic services
• Build sector expertise and client insights
• Support and develop team members
• Contribute to thought leadership and development of new ERM products/services

Key requirements

• Relevant work experience in Enterprise Risk Management
• Excellent consultative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of organisational risk issues
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder relationship experience
• Ability to work quickly, accurately, and effectively
• A related University Degree or related experience
• Excellent written and oral communication in English
• Collaborative, proactive, results- and detail-oriented attitude
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
