Overview

In this role you will build and scale Figma’s Government business in the UK, owning pipeline and accounts, and shaping a strategic GTM approach. You will engage senior government stakeholders, navigate procurement and compliance cycles, and drive adoption and expansion across agencies. This early-stage, high-impact opportunity lets you define the public sector practice within Enterprise. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to demonstrate how Figma’s platform brings value to government organisations.

Responsibilities

  • Own and build Government (Public Sector) pipeline and book of business for initial traction and growth
  • Create and execute a GTM strategy for Government accounts, identifying priority agencies and opportunities
  • Build and nurture relationships with senior government stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Apply discovery-led, value-based selling to align Figma with complex public sector needs and procurement processes
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans with multi-threaded engagement across departments
  • Navigate long, complex sales cycles including compliance, procurement, and regulatory considerations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to position Figma, drive deal progression and adoption
  • Lay the foundation for a scalable Government business and future team growth

Key requirements

  • Significant experience selling into Government / Public Sector accounts
  • Proven track record building new business in greenfield or early-stage markets
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles (6+ months) with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong ability to engage and influence executive-level buyers
  • Consistent performance in pipeline generation and net new business development
