Solicitor – Property Litigation – Bristol – 3+ Years PQE

In this role you will manage a diverse Property Litigation caseload within a reputable Bristol disputes team. You will handle contentious real estate matters for commercial clients, guiding cases from drafting to court proceedings while leveraging ADR where possible. Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of property-related disputes
• Handle landlord/tenant disputes including forfeiture, arrears, dilapidations and possession
• Resolve boundary, rights of way, easement and restrictive covenant issues
• Oversee title ownership and property-related professional negligence claims
• Advise commercial clients, landlords, tenants and managing agents
• Draft pleadings, applications, witness statements, and correspondence
• Progress matters through negotiation, ADR, and court proceedings
• Liaise with clients, Counsel, experts and other professionals
• Support wider Commercial Disputes work when required
• Contribute to business development and client relationship activity

Key requirements

• 3+ years PQE in Property Litigation or strong Commercial Disputes with transferable skills
• Strong technical knowledge of contentious real estate matters
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage matters independently with appropriate supervision
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal IT systems
