Overview

In this role you will handle a diverse caseload within a respected London litigation team. You will support a broad range of disputes across property, contract, shareholder, professional negligence, and insolvency matters, contributing to a well-established client base. You will work with cross‑practice teams to resolve disputes and advance client interests. Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload across property litigation, boundary disputes, leaseholder disputes, and breach of contract
• Handle disputes in sectors including shareholder disputes, professional negligence, and insolvency
• Advise and represent clients to resolve disputes and progress matters efficiently
• Support senior solicitors and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to devise strategy
• Develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development efforts

Key requirements

• 1-2 years PQE in general litigation
