Responsibilities
- Advise on a wide range of banking and finance matters
- Act for major financial institutions and commercial clients on complex transactions
- Manage a varied caseload from day one
- Provide commercially focused, technically robust advice
- Participate in marketing and business development to support team growth
- Build and maintain professional relationships across the sector
- Support and develop junior team members, particularly at Partner level
Key requirements
- 7+ years’ PQE in banking & finance
- Strong technical and procedural knowledge across banking and finance matters
- Existing network and strong market reputation
- Excellent organisational skills and proactive approach
- Confidence in business development and client relationship management
