SITE MANAGERS REQUIRED! HARROW, DUNSTABLE and OXFORD

Overview

In this role you will oversee residential construction projects for a major developer, ensuring the client’s specifications are met and costs are monitored in collaboration with quantity surveyors. You will liaise with clients, professionals, and the public, coordinate site teams, and uphold safety and quality standards. You’ll review progress, prepare site reports, and help secure permits and contracts. You should expect mobility between sites in Harrow, Dunstable, and Oxford, with relocation or longer commutes as required. This is an opportunity to shape premier residential developments and drive on-site excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct project (or package) to meet client specifications
• Liaise with client, construction professionals, and the public
• Coordinate and supervise construction workers on site
• Select tools and materials for the job
• Conduct safety inspections and enforce site safety
• Review and prepare site reports, designs and drawings
• Maintain quality control procedures
• Identify and prevent problems, mitigate risks
• Prepare reports and manage paperwork
• Assist in negotiating contracts and securing permits and licenses
• Be prepared to relocate or commute as required by site location

Key requirements

• Relevant qualifications and experience in residential/housebuilding (resi/HA) with a developer is essential
