Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of rural property and agricultural matters
• Advise estates, farmers, institutional landowners and rural businesses
• Work across agricultural tenancies and estate management
• Handle rural land sales, acquisitions and development
• Involve in renewable energy and diversification projects
• Contribute to strategic land transactions (options, promotion agreements, overage)
• Support on complex transactions alongside senior lawyers
• Supervise junior team members
• Engage in business development and sector networking

Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor with strong real estate experience
• Solid technical ability across property transactions
