Project Quantity Surveyor

Overview

In this Project Quantity Surveyor role, you will support a major mixed-use development in Greater London with 80+ new homes and a community centre. You’ll join a strong team on a high-profile project valued around 25 million, with clear pathways for development and internal promotion. You will drive procurement, tendering, pricing and measurement to secure value and maintain schedules. Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement activities for the project
• Lead tendering, pricing and measurement efforts
• Manage cost control and commercial performance
• Administer contracts (JCT) and monitor deadlines
• Support budgeting and value engineering
• Coordinate with site team and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project milestones
• Contribute to risk management and reporting on financial performance
• Engage with internal mentors and participate in ongoing development initiatives

Key requirements

• UK experience in a similar role with a main contractor or developer
• Ability to manage tendering, pricing and measuring across the project lifecycle
• Strong commercial acumen
• Attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines
• Experience working with JCT contracts
• Degree level education or equivalent (preferred)
