As a Software Engineer in the Backend squad, you will help build and maintain a scalable platform used by thousands daily. You’ll collaborate with product and design to shape features that empower investors. You’ll tackle complex technical challenges and contribute to a culture of high-quality software. Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality software within agreed timelines, proposing solutions and trade-offs to support your team
• Deliver scalable, maintainable solutions while balancing trade-offs
• Understand product features and KPIs and work with the Product Manager to drive development
• Be comfortable in an on-call environment and escalate issues when needed

Key requirements

• ≥2 years professional software engineering experience
• Collaborate openly and share knowledge, taking ownership of design decisions
• High standards for code quality; receptive to feedback and able to give it
• Ability to solve complex problems with a clear approach and know when to loop in others
• Keen eye for detail and genuine interest in investments
• Stay current with technology trends and apply good engineering practices
