Heat Pump Engineer (Progression Available)

Overview

In this field-based role, you install, service and maintain high-end air and ground source heat pumps across Cambridgeshire and East Anglia, supporting a growing renewables business. You mentor junior engineers and assist the office with technical queries, contributing to a standard of excellence in residential projects. A clear path to supervisory duties and further technical training awaits, with focus on ground source and MVHR expertise. You work with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, efficient systems in premium homes.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance of air and ground source heat pumps
• Work mainly in high-end residential properties
• Mentor junior engineers and support the office with technical queries
• Field-based: 2–4 jobs per day (7:00–16:30)
• Progression towards supervisor level with ground source and MVHR training

Key requirements

• Air source heat pump experience essential
• Experienced engineer
• Strong customer-facing manner
• Full UK driving licence
