Responsibilities

• Guide refurbishment and new build schemes across multiple projects
• Lead and manage a project team
• Utilise AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Power Projects, PowerPoint for coordination and reporting
• Apply design and engineering construction knowledge to projects
• Maintain Building Regulations compliance
• Apply NHBC and planning legislation awareness
• Emphasise health & safety and CDM compliance

Key requirements

• Degree qualified or equivalent
• Experience on refurbishment and new build projects
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong problem-solving abilities and independence
• Customer-facing, punctual, reliable with practical skills
• Up-to-date CSCS and SMSTS certificates
• Good command of regulatory frameworks (Building Regulations, NHBC, CDM, Planning)
