In this role you will join a leading Scottish law firm’s Property team in Glasgow as a Real Estate lawyer with approximately 3–6 years’ PQE. You will handle commercial property transactions, provide clear, pragmatic legal guidance, and contribute to client relationships. You may work on leasing-related matters; strong supervision of junior colleagues and seamless matter leadership are expected. Responsibilities

• Lead real estate matters and transactions without supervision
• Provide clear, concise, and pragmatic commercial legal advice
• Build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels
• Supervise and delegate work to junior colleagues
• Handle and oversee commercial property transactions
• Utilize knowledge of property transactions to support clients
• Experience in commercial leasing is beneficial but not essential

Key requirements

• Excellent, in-depth technical expertise in commercial property
• Excellent knowledge of property transactions
• Capable of leading matters/transactions without supervision
• Experience in commercial leasing transactions is a plus but not required
• Ability to build strong client relationships
