Business Analyst

Overview

In this Business Analyst role, you will help shape software initiatives by gathering requirements and supporting change initiatives within a prestigious, professional services organisation. You will work closely with the Head of IT Project Management, software developers, and internal stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs. You will lead QA testing and contribute to a Digital First agenda to keep the organisation at the forefront of technology. This is a cross-functional role with impact on projects, timelines, and software quality. You will join a supportive team that values excellence, development, and stakeholder collaboration.

• Professional Business Analysis qualification
• Substantial experience delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high standards
• Experience drafting user stories, acceptance criteria, and software specifications
• Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in agile and waterfall project management approaches
