Manager, Workday Finance Lead, Technology & Transformation

Overview

In this role you will lead advisory and delivery work for Deloitte’s Workday Finance practice, shaping solution architectures and end-to-end processes for client transformations. You’ll partner with business leaders to translate requirements into Workday-enabled designs, support data migration, and manage stakeholder relationships. The position emphasizes collaboration, inclusion, and delivering measurable value through finance transformations and technology enablement.

Responsibilities

• Lead advisory and delivery projects for Workday Finance implementations
• Develop overall solution architecture and end-to-end processes supported by Workday technology
• Identify client process and integration issues and propose effective solutions
• Translate business requirements into functional and nonfunctional designs
• Support data migration activities and ensure successful ERP design and deployment
• Maintain strong client relationships and clear communication with stakeholders
• Contribute to a culture of inclusion and cross-functional teamwork
• Oversee scope, deliverables, and project risks across engagements

Key requirements

• Experience in ERP, EPM and cloud computing
• Finance transformation experience with ERP packages (Oracle, SAP or Workday)
• Ability to translate requirements into system/process designs
• Knowledge of Workday data flows and data migration
• Experience designing/implementing ERP systems
• Ideally Workday Finance, FDM and Engagement Manager Certified
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to plan and deliver project scope and milestones
• Stakeholder management and effective communication
• Experience in at least two end-to-end Workday implementations
