Senior Associate in Bath to lead a varied construction caseload within a respected national law firm. You will manage both contentious and non-contentious matters, supervise juniors, and nurture client relationships, contributing to firm-wide service excellence. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, support business development, and contribute to internal training. Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of non-contentious and contentious construction matters
• Supervise and delegate work to junior team members
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Ensure exceptional client service
• Collaborate across the wider firm
• Uphold firm standards, procedures and core values
• Support business development initiatives (seminars, networking, pitches)
• Engage in ongoing learning and internal/external training

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with strong experience in both contentious and non-contentious construction
• Experience supervising junior colleagues
• Ideally dual qualified in law and construction (MRICS, MCIOB or similar)
• Strong interest in business development and client engagement
• Breadth of experience across construction and infrastructure
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Ability to perform well under pressure and manage a busy workload
