Employment Solicitor – Bath

Overview

In this role you will deliver practical, commercially focused employment law advice to a diverse client base, within a collaborative team of solicitors and HR professionals. You will handle both contentious and non-contentious matters, including restructures, TUPE, executive exits, and risk management, while supporting business development to grow the practice. You’ll work closely with clients and colleagues to align legal positions with business realities.
