As a Product Manager at Version 1, you drive high-impact transformation for public and private sector clients. You set and defend vision at programme level, coordinate multiple teams, and surface cross‑organisational dependencies. Responsibilities

  • Define and uphold the programme vision across teams, stakeholders, and suppliers
  • Own and communicate the organisational roadmap, prioritising and sequencing work
  • Frame problems before solutions by continuously discovering the right problems
  • Champion the user with insights guiding priorities and trade-offs
  • Govern suppliers and partners to align with shared goals and resolve tensions
  • Navigate diplomacy to manage difficult conversations with tact
  • Collaborate openly across disciplines (design, engineering, data, policy)
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive decisions and shared understanding
  • Shape and secure incoming work by identifying high-value opportunities and crafting propositions
  • Drive progress by taking ownership to deliver
  • Deliver with integrity, including difficult conversations when needed
