Financial Analyst

Overview

In this role you partner with the AWS division to analyze profitability and drive financial growth across Europe. You connect financial needs with business strategy at HQ, guiding leaders with insights to improve margins and approve strategic initiatives. You will lead cross-border projects, support budgeting and forecasting, and collaborate with senior management to shape financial outcomes. Responsibilities

• Publish timely results and Quarterly Business Review decks for internal and vendor audiences
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting for the business division
• Partner with business leaders to identify margin improvement actions
• Support HR & FIN governance on HC and payroll guidelines, including vendor-funded HC
• Prepare financial models and executive presentations to secure senior leadership approval for new initiatives

Key requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in finance/controlling in an international company
• Qualified/Part-qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Experience in FP&A or business partner roles
• Strong analytical skills and ability to handle confidential information
• Deadline-oriented with strong prioritization and urgency
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to senior management
