Overview
In this role you will support a top design-and-build firm by coordinating technical activities across design and construction teams. You will manage design programmes, prepare client reports, and ensure compliance and timely delivery on residential Reinforced Concrete projects. You will liaise with in-house architects, engineers, and landscape teams, keeping key stakeholders informed. This position offers career progression within a stable, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Use trackers, reports and checklists to run internal processes
- Prepare project terms and proposals
- Manage the design programme and produce monthly client reports
- Coordinate information with in-house architects, civil/structural engineers, and landscape architects
- Inform stakeholders about key departmental developments
- Attend design meetings with subcontractors, consultants and other stakeholders
Key requirements
- 3 years’ experience in the construction industry
- Experience across the entire project cycle on residential projects
- Strong understanding of technical detailing and compliance requirements
- Punctual, reliable and practical
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- Established track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
