Overview
As Managing Director you will lead the commercial and operational functions for a London and South East security services provider, driving growth and acting as the face of the organisation. You will secure new contract wins, oversee tenders, and coach the existing team, reporting to the CEO as part of the leadership team. The role is highly autonomous and strategic, spanning public and private sector opportunities. This is a high-impact role shaping the company’s growth trajectory and service delivery.
