Work Order Process Coordinator

Overview

As a Work Order Process Co-Ordinator, you support the Work Order Control process to help deliver excellent customer service while meeting operational and financial targets. You assist with planning service repairs, time sheet entry, and customer communication, ensuring smooth service execution. You provide cover for controllers and support engineers with documentation and process adherence to deliver consistent, high-quality service. This role sits in the service operation, enabling cross-functional coordination and a strong focus on customer care and process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support time sheet entry and proforma generation for customers
• Manage work orders, procure purchase order numbers, and control work in progress
• Coordinate planned activities and general admin to support service controllers
• Assist engineers with service documentation and adherence to service processes
• Provide cover to controllers to ensure timely service delivery
• Resolve customer disputes quickly and professionally
• Adhere to processes to ensure consistent extraordinary customer service

Key requirements

• Good organiser with strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Process adherence and attention to detail
• Strong customer care mindset and service-focused approach
• Parts ordering experience advantageous
• Basic knowledge of mobile and fixed equipment components and systems (desirable)
• Experience supporting field service or repairs is a plus
• Office-based administrative capability
